   4. @Regular, Non Threatening – Berries that’s the only way you can make money on YouTube. Your videos have to be a certain length depending on the money you make from views and ads. Plus promotions. Which is usually why YouTubers talk a lot and drag out their videos. Helps them fit in more ads therefore making more money. It’s a tactic

Great video, thanks for the heads up on the charcoal 👀 I was wondering, I recently bought bamboo toothbrushes with “charcoal infused bristles” (didn’t even realize till after I bought them, I just wanted to try bamboo), but I definitely noticed a grey-ish color when I spit after using them….do you know anything about charcoal infused bristles? If I’m seeing grey when I spit, is it probably damaging my enamel like a charcoal toothpaste?

8. When I got my braces off, my dentist actually drilled all of the enamel off of my teeth. I have a tooth that got knocked out when I was a kid and got affected about 2 years ago and it’s really dark. I’d feel so much better about myself if it was whiter😭

11. And the #1 method that works better than anything? Use a Dremel with the softest, non abrasive brush, and instead of toothpaste, you mix baking soda with small amount of lemon juice and olive oil! That’s it folks! 😝

12. Do yourself a favour . She’s spot on ,the key word is. DENTIST CUSTOM MADE TRAYS ! Then from there either carbamide 18% or hydrogen peroxide gel 6% max , these are like the tortoise and the hare same result but different speeds , carb / 6% overnight .hydro 6% / 1 hour. PEOPLE , slow and steady is always best and maintenance every 6 months . It’s that’s simple , and don’t be lazy brush twice a day / don’t skimp on paste , paste is cheap.
