  1. I am on tray 22 and just wanted to let you know that the ONLY trays that hurt were the first 1 or 2. After that, really had no real pain. Tightness but no pain. I wear mine 7 or more days before switching. Be patient, it gets better. Just make sure your teeth are “tracking” with no big gaps between the tops of ur teeth and the edges of the trays or you will have to go back and repeat trays. Good luck! My bottom row was also very crowded and they basically became straight when I was around tray 19 or so.

    1. Thank you for the advice! I just put my second tray in last night and it is A LOT easier & less painful than my first tray 🙌🏾 my attachments finally dulled so they no longer scratch me but it still feels like have a lot of stuff in my mouth when I eat 😂 can’t wait to get to the point where I can forget I have them too

  2. And about the brackets (a.k.a. attachments), yes, you will get accustomed to them. I also felt weird while eating and they also would scratch and irritate the inside of my mouth. Now, I have no issues. Forget that I even have brackets in my mouth at this point. And I have many in there. 😁

  3. Hey girlie! I used invisalign for 4 months. I feel you on the seeing your teeth when you vlog! When I started my channel that’s when really saw how uneven my teeth were. I wanted to straighten my bottom row and a little bit of an overbite I had. Overall, it was not the most comfortable experience. Lisp was on a whole notha’ level! I only had to use them for 4 months until my teeth were straight but depending on your teeth I’ve seen people use them for a year. You have to keep changing the trays out and the first few days of each tray are really miserable. But now my teeth are bone straight and I love it! You’ll have to keep using trays at night though, otherwise they will shift back

    1. Similar to other orthodontic treatments, Invisalign® clear aligners may temporarily affect the speech of some people, so you might have a slight lisp for a day or two. However, as you get used to having the Invisalign aligners in your mouth, you’ll go back to speaking normally! If you need additional assistance, contact us via https://bit.ly/3e0Lp33.

  4. Thanks for sharing your braces journey. I’ve been talking about getting braces for over 20 years. This year is my year. I’ve shied away from Invisalign because of the spit, imagining inconvenient brushing, attachments and treatment time taking longer than estimated. The pandemic has kind of changed my mind about Invisalign. 😂 I will most likely eat at home so I can brush and floss at home.

  5. I’m on tray 12 and so far so good. I only needed them on the bottom but let me tell you I’ve seen a huge difference. I had a small amount of discomfort but it wasn’t bad at all. I’m 1/2 way though and then comes the refinement phase. I am so happy I did this. I shouldn’t have waited so long. Oh one more thing, I’ve never brushed my teeth so much in one day. I generally brush 2x a day. With these bad boys, I’m brushing like 6 times a day. Not a bad thing, just a thing.

  6. Congratulations on your journey, my consultation was last week, scanning, x-rays, coverage from insurance and my out of pocket cost. I was told they will be in about two weeks. If this is the case I’m hoping they will be in when I go for my cleaning (same week, two days before they are scheduled to come in) to avoid having to come in two times that week. I’m excited and nervous at the same time, but I’m ready to start.

  7. Wow! I had no idea it was any kind of struggle with Invisalign braces. Nice to know. Thanks for sharing and much success with it. 🙏🏾❤️

    1. Thanks and I had asked where did you get that denman brush from I think it had pink in it and where did you get your hair clips from

    1. Attachments are tooth colored bumps they put on your teeth to help the aligners grip your teeth and move them better.

  8. Girl I hate these Invisalign! I’m on tray 20 and still not used to it. I think I’d rather have braces tbh. And they put these stupid rocks on my front teeth. Makes me very self conscious

  9. I’ve just started with Invisalign- only on day 2! Was really interested to see how you got on with them. I’m definitely finding it painful and difficult to get them in and out. Good luck with the rest of your journey!
